Green Hawk Guides was founded by Carol Cabbiness, a Profit First Professional, former engineer, and strategic guide for purpose-driven entrepreneurs.

My path here wasn’t linear. I spent decades in engineering and nonprofit leadership, solving problems and building systems.

But when I launched my own purpose-driven business, I quickly realized something most entrepreneurs never say out loud: money feels messy. Even with spreadsheets and reports, I couldn’t see how my values and finances fit together.

That pain point led me to Profit First — and eventually to create the Regenerative Wealth Method: a clear, practical way for founders to align money with mission, and build a business that sustains life instead of draining it.
